Booking/cancellation policies

Our booking policies for the Resurrection Bay half day tour is a minimum of 2 passengers or 2 seats booked on the same tour. if there is only one seat purchased you may purchase the other seat and have an exclusive tour to yourself.

For our Full Day tour is a minimum of 2 passengers or 2 seats booked on the same tour. if there is only one seat purchased you may purchase the other seats and have an exclusive tour to yourself.

Our cancelation policies are that for a full 100% refund you need to cancel 14 days before your tour, anything under 14 days may receive up to 50% refund. if you cancel within 24 hours or no show to your tour you will not be receiving a refund. make sure to give yourself time to get to the boat and be 15 to 5 minutes early to avoid this.

We will try our hardest to not have to cancel your tour or have anything go wrong but sometimes mother nature has different planes. if the event comes around where weather or mechanical issues happen, we can give out full refunds if we can't leave the harbor, possibly be able to reschedule your tour for a later date or if the tour gets cut short for any reason, we can give out a partial refund for the remainder of time.

Can we guarantee whales?

While we will always try our best to be able to see everything, especially whales, there are no guarantees that they will always be there and hope everyone can understand that.

Will there be glaciers?

On our shorter 3.5-hour tour there will not be much for glaciers. On the 7-hour tour there will be much more for glaciers because of how much more we can explore.

Is there a bathroom on board the boat?

Yes! we have a bathroom on board.

What should you wear on the tour?

Hopefully the weather will be nice and warm but that's not always the case, so we do recommend you bring warm clothes like a coat, pants, and no open toe shoes.

Will there be snacks or food on the tour?

We will have small snacks on board like trail mix and snack bars and also coffee but if you want to bring some with you feel free. We will have bottled water available also.

Is it customary to tip after your tour?

Always welcomed if you feel like we did a great job and had a good time, but it is not required.
